Student Thrive Drive

The emerging pandemic continues to impact the lives of everyone, especially our youth. Many school districts have adopted a virtual teaching environment in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, according to the LA Times, as many as 50,000 public school students are without the necessary equipment to succeed in an online learning environment.

This lack of computers will profoundly negatively impact students’ current learning experience and future success.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP

Ready to Help “Student Thrive Drive” helps match low-income students with computers capable of handling their online learning needs. With the right equipment, they can be successful!

IF YOU HAVE AN OLD OR UNUSED COMPUTER, OR IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE, A COMPANY, OR INSTITUTION that can donate computers or laptops, please let us know by contacting ReadyToHelpLA@gmail.com.
